Financial Services - Fund Administrator (ETF) - HK$25K-45K
This client is a fast growing Financial Services company. The team is looking for a detail-oriented Fund Administrator with 2-5 years’ experience. The role involves leading fund setup projects, ensuring compliance, and managing fund operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and accounting tasks for designated fund portfolios
- Perform calculations or review of Net Asset Value reports and investor reports
- Review fund documents and assist in the preparation of reports
- Collaborate with internal servicing teams for the establishment of new funds and the onboarding of investors
- Maintain operations in alignment with applicable regulations and governance standard
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- 1-2 years prior experience in fund administration or accounting covering investment funds
- Have experience in any fund accounting system is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to details, able to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
