PrimePeak Group expects all contractors to maintain professionalism and respect in every work environment. Any form of harassment is strictly prohibited. If you encounter any issues, please promptly contact your PrimePeak representative. Confidentiality is crucial, especially when dealing with sensitive information. Remember, any use of a client’s IT resources should be strictly for business purposes. Personal calls should be limited to breaks, and mobile phones should be kept off during work hours. Also, be mindful of the workplace’s non-smoking policy.

Your consultant at PrimePeak Group will inform you of your pay rates before each assignment begins, ensuring transparency and clarity from the outset.

Our standard payroll cut-off date is the 26th of each month. Payment is then processed and disbursed promptly according to this schedule. For specific details, please consult with your PrimePeak consultant.

We aim to process payments within a specified number of working days post timesheet submission, ensuring timely and accurate pay for our contractors.

Non-payment could be due to several reasons such as incomplete documentation, incorrect bank details, or late timesheet submissions. Please ensure all requirements are met to avoid any delays.

All expense claims should be pre-approved by the client. Submit your claims along with valid receipts to ensure timely reimbursement with your salary.

Bonus payments, if part of your contract, will be processed upon client authorization and typically are disbursed at the end of your contract period.

You can submit your timesheet through PrimePeak Group’s electronic timesheet system, accessible via our website. Your consultant will provide all necessary instructions for submission and approval.

All leave requests should be coordinated with your PrimePeak consultant and the client to ensure seamless coverage. In case of sick leave, please notify us as early as possible.

Your annual leave accrual depends on your contract terms and length of service with PrimePeak Group. The standard formula is based on the total length of service and contractual entitlements.

Unused annual leave is calculated and paid based on your final salary and accrued leave balance, in accordance with your contract terms.

Your MPF contribution is determined by standard rates and begins after a specified period of employment. For enrolment, you will receive a form from PrimePeak Group, which should be completed and returned within your first month of employment.
